Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Egypt.
Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 2–4 working days
- Outside Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 3–5 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly during promotions or peak seasons.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may apply on selected offers or minimum order values.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Inspection Upon Delivery
- Customers must inspect the order upon delivery while the courier is present.
- Any visible issue must be reported immediately to the courier.
- Once the courier leaves, the order is considered delivered in good condition.
Exchange & Ordering Policy (Important)
- Ordering multiple items with the intention of trying them and returning some is not allowed.
- Orders must be placed with genuine purchase intent.
- Exchanges are only accepted in accordance with our Exchange & Refund Policy.
- Abuse of the exchange system may result in order refusal.
Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect contact details or unavailability, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
