Exchange Policy:
We are happy to exchange your items within 14 days of your purchase date.
Exchange conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Please inspect your product upon delivery while the courier is present
Once the item is returned, our team will review it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.
Processing time:
The exchange process may take up to 14 working days, starting from courier pickup until the replacement item is dispatched.
Right to Decline:
We reserve the right to decline any exchange requests that do not meet the conditions listed above.
